The authors, mostly all members of the American and Caribbean Studies Laboratory of Cheikh Anta Diop University, have analyzed a wide range of features of American literature and civilization from the birth of the nation to modern and postmodern times. However, the editor would like to draw the readers' attention that the authors are entirely responsible for the contents of their articles.
